For potential Employees
Candidates must register with Elite Gurkhas at our Offices in Tokha-8, Basundhara Kathmandu. On registration, Candidates must produce a current and valid MRP passport, citizenship, certificate, resume or bio-data giving relevant work experience or qualification and educational or training certificates. Candidates will be interviewed and given advice as to and prospective employment. Candidates care strongly advised to refer to our newspaper advertisements.
Elite Gurkhas maintains a constantly updated data bank of Candidates, and will call suitable candidates for further interview as vacancies arises.
Candidates selected for potential employment will be required to undergo and pass a thorough medical examination before being offered employment. Candidates must also comply with all requirements and procedures laid down in the regulation of HMG of Nepal Labour Ministry.
For Potential Employers
Elite Gurkhas requires the following documents:-
- A Demand Letter containing details of the vacancy/ies duly authenticated by the potential employers Local Chamber of Commerce or Foreign Ministry.
- A completed Power of Attorney in favor of Elite Gurkhas to enable Elite Gurkhas to act for the employer in Nepal.
- A completed Employment Contract (service agreement) or Offer Letter giving detail of wages, benefits, working hours and main terms and conditions of employment.
- Commercial Contract between Elite Gurkhas and the Employer.
- Guarantee Letter by Employer.
Additional Requirements:
- Where required by local law, copies of any applicable visa advice, consular letter, entry permit, NOC or similar.
Malaysia
- Commercial Contract between Elite Gurkhas and the Employer.
- Employment contract between the Employer and Employee.
- Affidavit.
- Copy letter to HMG of Nepal.
- Copy letter to Malaysian High Commission.
- KDNL Written or translated in both Malaysian and English.
- Photograph of the Employer’s premises (including any Company Signboard).
SPECIMEN DOCUMENTS
Specimen Document must be typed or printed on the employer’s corporate or business letterhead in both the employer’s local language and in English and attested by the Employer’s local Chamber of Commerce and Nepalese Embassy
